The Patient Coordinators of Cross Medical Group are vital members of our team. As the first individuals to greet patients upon their arrival, they act as the introduction to our practice. Patient Coordinators strive to provide our patients with an excellent experience from their first phone call to the end of their visit. These members of our staff are equipped to assist our patients with more than booking their next appointment.
