Brittney Lodato, MPH
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Brittney Lodato, MPH, is the Chief Operating Officer of Cross Medical Group. Her diverse healthcare leadership background has allowed her to combine a passion for patient care with her business acumen. Brittney completed her undergraduate education at the University of the Sciences, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Humanities and Science with a minor in Biology. She attended Drexel University School of Public Health, where she obtained a Master of Public Health in health management and policy.
Brittney originally intended to enter a career in clinical patient care, but it was the complexity of healthcare operations that captured her interest. Since 2005, Brittney has worked in a variety of health administration and leadership roles. After several years at Wills Eye Hospital, she transitioned to JDJ Consulting, an organization specializing in nationwide pharmacy consulting. Brittney joined Cross Medical Group in early 2020.
In her role as C.O.O. at Cross Medical Group, Brittney spends the majority of her time ensuring that the practice operates as a well-oiled machine. But don’t be surprised if you see her greeting patients at the front desk or visiting a patient room alongside a provider. Brittney enjoys spending time with all staff, getting to know the patients, and ensuring we do everything we can to provide the best possible experience, available anywhere.
